Norval Morrisseau, also known as Copper Thunderbird, was an Indigenous Canadian artist. Known as the "Picasso of the North"Morrisseau founded the Woodlands School of Canadian art and was a prominent member of the "Indian Group Of Seven".
Complex piece with multiple images. Full signature on right.This piece includes a 2014 appraisal for $1500.00.
Note: to the left of the signature they're a few small spots, possibly glue or resin. These were present prior to the appraisal in 2014 as evident in the original appraisal photo which will be included.
